Terms of Use

1. What Aethereuum is

Aethereuum is personal and small-business organizer software (SaaS) that helps you manage finances, work, health, schedule and social life in one place.

Aethereuum is NOT a bank or a financial institution. We do not hold, move or process your money or anyone else's, and we do not act as an intermediary for payments between you and your customers. Features such as debtors, sales, debts and receivables are record-keeping tools for your own business.

2. Account and registration

To use features that require signing in, you create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Minors may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for that use.

3. Plans and billing

The core of Aethereuum is free. The ONLY charge we make is the subscription to our paid plans (Aethereuum+ and Aethereuum Business), described on the Subscriptions & Refunds page.

There are no hidden fees, no commission on your money, and no charges outside those plans. The Business plan is granted by us and is not sold self-service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Aethereuum lawfully and not to:

• use the service for illegal activity, fraud, predatory lending, or abusive/harassing collection of third parties;
• attempt to breach security, access others' accounts, overload, or reverse-engineer the system;
• submit unlawful or infringing content, or third-party data without a lawful basis;
• use the platform to send spam or unauthorized messages on someone else's behalf.

5. Your content

The data and content you create remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the service for you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you record, including any customer or debtor data you enter, which must have a lawful basis (for example, your genuine business relationship).

6. Receivables tools

Features such as debtors, debts, sales and message-link reminders generate reminders and messages (for example, a WhatsApp link) for YOU to send to your customer. The credit relationship and the collection are solely between you and your customer.

Aethereuum is not a party to that relationship, does not guarantee payment, and does not move the amounts involved.

7. Artificial intelligence (Aeth)

The AI copilot acts only when you invoke it. When you use it, the content needed to answer may be sent to the AI provider that processes the request. AI output can contain errors — verify it before relying on it.

8. Intellectual property

The Aethereuum name, software, design and text belong to the operating company and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the permitted use of the service.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for high availability and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Keep copies of anything essential — you can export your data at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, while keeping any minimum records required by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. We will notify you of material changes, and the version in force is always the one published on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating company's place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you reside. For questions or requests, use the contacts in the Company identification & contact section.
