1. Who we are

The controller of your data is the company operating Aethereuum, identified in the Company identification & contact section. You can reach our privacy contact at the privacy email listed there.

2. Data we process

We process only what we need to provide the service:

• Account: name, username, email, phone and password (stored hashed, never in plain text);
• Content you create: entries, schedule, journal, customers, photos and other panel records;
• Usage and technical: preferences, language, and access logs (date, time and IP) for security;
• Public profile (optional): whatever you choose to make visible, such as handle, bio and link-in-bio.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

We use your data to create and maintain your account, deliver the service you requested, keep it secure, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and, where required, your consent (for example, non-essential cookies or optional communications).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run the service (for example, hosting, email delivery and, when you use the AI, the AI provider), always limited to that purpose. We may also disclose data to comply with the law or a valid legal request.

5. Cookies

We use only our own strictly necessary and functional cookies (session, security, language and theme). We do not use third-party trackers. See the Cookie Policy for details.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists and for as long as needed for the purposes above. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data, except where the law requires us to retain certain records.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures: HTTPS, strong password hashing, email verification, optional two-factor authentication, CSRF protection and a content security policy. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: access a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; port your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You can exercise these by contacting our privacy team.

9. If you are in the EEA or the UK

Under the GDPR (and UK GDPR) you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and not to be subject to solely automated decisions, plus the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. If you are a US resident

We do not sell or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information beyond providing the service — so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" action to take. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon) may request to know, access, correct, delete and port their information, and are protected against discrimination for exercising these rights. 11. International transfers

Some providers (for example, hosting or the AI provider) may process data outside your country. Where they do, we require appropriate safeguards and limit processing to operating the service.

12. Children

Aethereuum is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) without verifiable parental consent. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

We may update this Policy. We will announce material changes, and the version in force is always the one published on this page.
