Subscriptions & Refunds

1. Plans

The core of Aethereuum is free. Paid plans are optional:

• Aethereuum+: a larger AI allowance and extra features, by subscription;
• Aethereuum Business: features for businesses, granted by us.

2. How to subscribe

Aethereuum+ is purchased through an external checkout (for example, card or a local method), where available. Aethereuum Business is granted by us and is not sold self-service. Subscriptions are the ONLY charge we make.

3. Price and renewal

The price and billing cycle are shown before you subscribe, and you provide affirmative consent to the auto-renewal terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle until you cancel; we give reasonable notice of material price changes.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time using the same easy, online method by which you subscribed. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the cycle you already paid for.

5. EU/UK right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from the subscription without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the service immediately, you expressly consent to that and acknowledge that: for a service, you will owe a proportionate amount for what you used before withdrawing; for purely digital content, you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. A model withdrawal form is available on request.

6. Refunds

Outside any statutory withdrawal period, refunds depend on the nature of the service and applicable law. Where a material failure is attributable to us, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy, including a proportionate refund where warranted. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are subject to that store's refund rules.

7. No money intermediation

Aethereuum only charges for its own plans. We do not process payments between you and your customers: the billing and receivables tools only record information and generate reminders/message links — they do not move real money.
